A Uniquely comprised clinically developed assessment to help navigate through the dimensions of your communication needs implied during Mrs. Westmoreland's Communications Sessions. 

1-on-1 or Group Mentoring

Sessions available via video or in person. Client determines based on comfortability level. 

Friendly Prices

Session pricing start with the first 3 sessions for $350 every session after is $44 to be paid 24hrs prior to scheduled session

 Group sessions and Corperate pricing starting at $800 per 6 employees for the first 3 sessions all sessions after are $80

* Session duration usually lasts for 8-10, 2.5 hour sessions

          The do's and don'ts, rights and wrongs of communication can wreak havoc  on your whole life without hardly no effort. Whether it is in your daily random interactions, conversations with friends and family, or conducting business with coworkers; communication can make or break your success. 


       I have worked in various industries, worked with people from all walks of life, and have been in countless positions to were communication was lacking. I have a professional and educational background in communications. I have experimented and evaluated many interactions. I have comprised assessments to help guide you/company needed reconciliation of relationships. 


      The need for proper communication is essential in daily life. To be the best you, you must present yourself in the best way. That most certainly includes how you talk to people and how you accept what people say to you. In most miscommunication cases the tables turned do to misunderstandings and unintentional word choice.


   That is why I have constructed this coaching method to help bridge the gap in communication. 


  Correcting communication in internal communications (Major Corporate Companies or small businesses) and personal relationship's (significant others, family, friends).


Steps such as face-to-face, one-on-one meeting with manger or primary enlisted individual, then meeting with others involved separately, next speak to everyone together,  and finally executing a plan of action. Then, selecting the best plan of action ranging from custom assessments to professional exercises.
